  • We process and deliver the orders within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized sarees
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only for items that meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges/Replacement

  • We allow exchanges/replacement only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange/replace an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The exchange/replacement order will be processed and delivered within 3 to 5 days from the date we receive the returned item in its original condition.

6. Return Shipping

7. No Refund or Exchange After 15 Days

  • After 15 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests under any circumstances.
